We used this company to design and implement an extension to our existing patio. They came up with some creative ideas and were very sensitive to our requirements. Throughout the work they kept us updated on what they had done and involved us closely in any decisions that had to be made. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.

What an amazing company! I had a feeling when I first met Jacob that he and his team would do a good job with our patio build, but I have to say they have actually exceeded our expectations in every respect.

Although we had a patio design worked out, we decided to run this by Refined’s designer, Alex. Being mindful of our budget and desires, Alex made several changes which elevated the design to another level.

The Refined experience has been fabulous from initial contact and getting a quote, through to inspection of the result when finished. Alex did a great job capturing our needs, suggesting layout, stone, finishes etc., and providing a drawing of the design. Pete, Isaac and Rowan were very hardworking and polite, communicated well and discussed options, and paid lots of attention to detail.

They were very professional, courteous, neat and accommodating to our wish list. They were also great in giving some design recommendations. Ultimately, they delivered our dream garden. We would definitely recommend them!

After several months of housing and landscaping challenges, the thoughtful design, advice, attention to detail and quality that was shown by Jacob, Jim and John has been well worth it. Their work is not only a super designed garden space, but an extension of our kitchen, a real outside in feel and exactly what we wanted.
